1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mintpath website at mintpath.pro and your participation in any Mintpath financial education program. By accessing this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Mintpath
Mintpath is a financial education provider based in Melaka, Malaysia. Our programs are designed to support financial literacy and awareness. Mintpath does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All program content is educational in nature.
3. Program Enrolment
Enrolment in a Mintpath program is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol.
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or an agreed instalment arrangement in writing).
- Cohort places are limited. Mintpath reserves the right to close enrolment once a cohort is full.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration information.
4. Program Fees and Payment
Program fees are stated on our website and communicated at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all program materials unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- Receipts are issued for all payments.
- Mintpath does not charge hidden fees. The program fee covers all sessions, materials, and any included individual feedback sessions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the program start date: Full refund, less any processing fees incurred.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the start date: 50% refund of the program fee.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the start date: No refund, but the registration may be transferred to a future cohort of the same program (within 12 months), subject to availability.
- Non-attendance without prior notice: No refund or transfer.

6. Program Delivery Changes
Mintpath reserves the right to:
- Reschedule or postpone a cohort due to circumstances outside our control, including insufficient enrolment or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort or a full refund.
- Make reasonable modifications to program content to reflect current economic conditions or facilitator availability, without materially altering the program's scope or value.
- Replace individual facilitators without notice, provided the replacement holds equivalent qualifications.
7. Educational Nature of Content
All content delivered through Mintpath programs and published on this website is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our programs or on our website constitutes:
- Financial advice or investment advice within the meaning of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007
- Tax or legal advice
- A recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any financial product or security
Participants are encouraged to seek independent professional advice appropriate to their individual circumstances before making any financial decisions.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants in Mintpath programs agree to:
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
- Not record sessions (audio, video, or screen capture) without prior written consent from Mintpath
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use program materials, worksheets, or diagnostic tools provided by Mintpath
- Maintain the confidentiality of other participants' personal information shared during sessions
Mintpath reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to other participants or facilitators.
9. Intellectual Property
All program materials, diagnostic tools, worksheets, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Mintpath. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use program materials for their own private educational purposes. No commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is permitted without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Mintpath shall not be liable for:
- Any financial decisions made by participants based on program content
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in a program or use of our website
- Any inaccuracies in third-party data or sources referenced during programs
Our liability for any claim arising from program participation shall not exceed the program fee paid by the participant.
11. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's operation
- Use the website to distribute unsolicited commercial communications
Mintpath makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date but does not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available.

13. Governing Law
