What Participants Say
These accounts come from participants who have attended one or more Mintpath programs. They reflect individual perspectives and experiences — not claims about what any future participant will gain.
From the People Who Attended
Feedback collected via post-program surveys, shared with participant permission. Names and programs are as provided.
"I had been putting off thinking about my finances for years — it always felt too complicated. The Wellness Check-Up gave me a structure I could actually use. Having a score and a priority list meant I knew where to start, which I didn't before."
"The retirement workshop helped me see that I wasn't as far behind as I feared — but also that a few small changes now would make a real difference later. The three scenario comparisons were what made it click for me. It wasn't abstract."
"I followed BNM news before the indicators course, but I honestly didn't know how to connect what I read to my own finances. After the program, when the OPR changed, I understood immediately what it meant for my home loan. That's practical knowledge I keep using."
"What I appreciated most was that the facilitator never pushed us toward any product. It was purely about education. I've been to seminars before where it felt like a sales event in disguise. This was completely different — the focus stayed on us the whole time."
"I did both the Wellness and the Retirement programs. Together they gave me a fuller picture — the wellness check told me where I stood today, and the retirement workshop showed me where that path leads. I wish I had done this five years earlier, honestly."
"The small group size made all the difference. In a seminar of 200 people, you sit, listen, and leave. Here, the facilitator actually knew what our questions were and responded to our specific situations. My questions got answered, not just noted."
What We Stand By
These are not marketing statements. They are the conditions under which every Mintpath cohort is run.
No Commercial Relationships with Product Providers
Mintpath accepts no commissions, referral fees, or sponsorships from financial product companies. No facilitator has any incentive to recommend any product to any participant.
Personal Data Handled with Care
Financial information shared during sessions is used only for the program. It is not retained after the cohort ends, not used for marketing, and not shared with third parties. PDPA-compliant across all programs.
Qualified Facilitators Only
Every Mintpath session is led by a facilitator with formal qualifications in finance, economics, or adult education — not guest speakers or unverified practitioners.
Materials Reviewed Each Intake
Program content is reviewed and updated before every cohort begins — incorporating current BNM policy, EPF updates, and recent Malaysian economic data. What you learn reflects present conditions.
Post-Program Feedback Is Read
Every feedback form is reviewed by Mintpath's curriculum team. Recurring themes and specific suggestions are factored into how the next cohort is shaped.
30-Day Follow-Up Access
Questions that arise after the program ends are welcome via email for 30 days. Participants do not lose access to guidance the moment the final session concludes.
A Note on These Accounts
The testimonials above reflect real participant feedback collected via post-program surveys, shared with their knowledge and consent. Participants were not compensated for their feedback and were free to write whatever they chose.
Individual experiences will vary. What shifted for one person may be different from what you take away. Mintpath does not guarantee specific outcomes from program participation — the goal is informed learning, not predetermined results.
